Default Government must help

Government must provide loans and subsidary to make the buildings greener. This would create lots of jobs in the new emerging green market as well reducing the emissions.

COP15 is being billed as the meeting that will determine the future of humanity. Come early December, we will be inundated with news from the Copenhagen summit. Nice one! I strongly belive that the Copenhagen summit will be a breakthrough in controlling the emissions.
